All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Our processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and warehouse arrangement.

Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Destinations

shhhfw provides worldwide shipping services. We currently ship to most countries and regions across North America, Europe, Oceania, and other international areas.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct and complete. We will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimate

The delivery time depends on your destination country and local logistics conditions. General estimated shipping times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 4–8 business days

Please understand that international shipping may face occasional delays due to customs clearance, peak seasons, weather conditions, or local logistics issues, which are beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can check your package delivery status online at any time.

Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after the package leaves our warehouse due to international logistics scanning delays.

6. Customs & Import Duties

All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. Please confirm your local customs policy before placing an order.

shhhfw is not liable for any shipping delays caused by the following situations:

Customs inspection and clearance delays
Public holidays, bad weather, airline suspension, and force majeure
Local logistics company delays or delivery suspension

8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, refusal of customs clearance, or unclaimed status, customers need to bear the return shipping cost and reshipping fee if they need re-delivery.
